Tender and juicy chicken breasts marinated in a heavenly blend of olive oil, garlic, soy sauce, and honey.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 chicken breast fillets
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • Various herbs and spices (like paprika, oregano, and basil)
  • Optional vegetables (for sides)

Instructions

  1. Prep the chicken: Start by trimming any excess fat from the chicken breasts. Pat them dry with paper towels to ensure a good sear.
  2. Marinate: In a bowl, mix together olive oil, minced garlic, soy sauce, and honey. Add the chicken breasts, ensuring they’re completely coated. Let them marinate for at least 30 minutes for maximum flavor.
  3. Cook: Heat a pan over medium heat. Add the marinated chicken breasts and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side, or until they turn golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  4. Rest and slice: Once cooked, allow the chicken to rest for a few minutes. After resting, slice the chicken against the grain for tender pieces.
  5. Plate and enjoy: Serve your beautifully cooked chicken with your choice of sides and garnishes.

Notes

Marinate longer for enhanced flavors. Avoid flipping the chicken too soon to achieve maximum caramelization.
