Hi, I’m Daniel Carter, a chef and certified fitness coach based in Austin, Texas. My passion lies in combining two worlds that shaped my life: food and fitness. As a former triathlete, I learned firsthand how much nutrition impacts energy, recovery, and long-term health. That journey inspired me to create recipes that are high in protein, balanced, and most importantly full of flavor.

Sports were always a big part of my life, but it wasn’t until my training days as an amateur triathlete that I truly understood the importance of fueling the body the right way. I started experimenting in the kitchen, turning everyday meals into protein-rich versions that supported my performance without feeling restrictive. What began as personal meal prep quickly turned into a passion for sharing with others from fellow athletes to busy families who wanted meals that were both healthy and satisfying.
Over time, I realized my mission was bigger than just cooking for performance. It was about showing people that healthy eating doesn’t have to be bland, complicated, or boring. Whether it’s a post-workout snack, a quick weeknight dinner, or a meal-prep strategy to save time, I love creating food that keeps you energized and excited to eat.
