Enjoy homemade, fluffy bagels made easily in the air fryer with just two ingredients: self-rising flour and Greek yogurt.

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)
  • Toppings of your choice (e.g., sesame seeds, everything bagel seasoning, salt)

Instructions

  1. Mix the self-rising flour and Greek yogurt until combined and a soft dough begins to form.
  2. Transfer the dough to a lightly floured surface and knead gently for about a minute until smooth.
  3. Divide the dough into equal pieces based on your desired bagel size.
  4. Shape each piece into a bagel by poking a hole in the center and gently stretching it.
  5. Preheat your air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
  6. Brush the tops of your bagels with the beaten egg and sprinkle your chosen toppings generously.
  7. Place the bagels in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure they’re not touching.
  8. Air fry for 10-12 minutes, or until they’re golden brown.
  9. Let them cool slightly before serving to enhance the flavor.
