Juicy and tender air fryer chicken breast made in under 30 minutes, perfect for quick weeknight dinners or meal prepping.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Optional: Your favorite herbs (like thyme or rosemary)

Instructions

  1. Prep the chicken: Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels.
  2. Season the chicken: In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Rub this mixture all over the chicken breasts for maximum flavor.
  3. Marinate: Let the chicken marinate for 15-30 minutes if time allows.
  4. Preheat the air fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes.
  5. Cook the chicken: Place the seasoned chicken breasts in the air fryer basket, ensuring they don’t touch. Cook for 18-20 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C), flipping halfway through.
  6. Rest and serve: Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
