  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic until well combined.
  3. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Add the chicken to the skillet, cooking until it’s browned on all sides.
