A delightful and wholesome oatmeal bowl flavored with apples and cinnamon, perfect for breakfast or a light dessert.

  • 2 cups water or almond milk
  • 1 apple, diced
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup (optional)
  • 1/4 cup nuts or seeds (optional)
  • Fresh fruit for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Bring your water or almond milk to a boil in a medium-sized pot.
  2. Add the rolled oats, diced apple, and cinnamon into the pot.
  3. Reduce the heat to a simmer and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally until the oats are tender.
  4. If you prefer a bit of sweetness, stir in the maple syrup at this stage.
  5. Serve your oatmeal in a bowl, topping it with nuts, seeds, and fresh fruit as desired.

Notes
