Instructions

  3. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir gently until just combined.
  4. Carefully fold in the diced apples, ensuring they are evenly mixed into the batter.
  5. Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat until hot.
  6. Drop batter into the hot oil, frying until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes on each side.
  7. Remove the fritter bites and let them drain on paper towels.
