A delightful breakfast combining creamy avocado, crispy bacon, and fried eggs on toasted artisan bread.

Ingredients

  • 2 slices of artisan bread
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 2 slices of crispy bacon
  • 2 eggs
  • Hot honey (to drizzle)
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Toast the artisan bread until golden brown.
  2. In a skillet, cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy; transfer to a paper towel to drain.
  3. In the same skillet, fry the eggs to your preference.
  4. Mash the avocado in a bowl, seasoning with salt and pepper.
  5. Spread the mashed avocado on each slice of toasted bread.
  6. Top each slice with crispy bacon and a fried egg.
  7. Drizzle with hot honey and serve immediately.
