Avocado Lime Ranch Dressing

A tangy, herby, and creamy dressing that brightens up any dish with its fresh avocado and lime flavors.

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup mayo
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro
  • 1/2 small avocado (cut into chunks)
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • zest of 1 lime
  • 2 teaspoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt (more to taste)
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a small food processor or blender.
  2. Blend on high for 1–2 minutes, until completely smooth and creamy. Stop and scrape down the sides if needed.
  3. Taste and adjust seasoning with more salt, lime, or cilantro if desired.
  4. Serve immediately, or chill to let flavors meld.

Notes

For a thicker dip, blend less; for a pourable dressing, thin with a splash of water, milk, or extra lime juice. Store in the fridge for up to 3–4 days.
