A delightful and comforting dish featuring creamy avocado, crispy bacon, and perfectly fried eggs on toasted bread.

Ingredients

  • 2 slices of sturdy bread
  • 2 slices of crispy bacon
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: red pepper flakes, lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Heat a frying pan over medium heat. Add the bacon and cook until crispy. Remove and let it drain on paper towels.
  2. In the same pan, crack the eggs and fry them to your preference. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. While the eggs are cooking, toast the bread slices until golden brown.
  4. In a bowl, mash the ripe avocado with salt, pepper, and a squeeze of lemon juice, if using.
  5. Spread the mashed avocado generously on each slice of toast.
  6. Top each piece of toast with a fried egg and the crispy bacon.
  7. Optional: sprinkle red pepper flakes on top before serving. Enjoy immediately!
