  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • Chopped green onions (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a muffin tin well.
  2. Whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder until well combined.
  3. Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese and cooked, crumbled bacon.
  4. Pour the egg mixture into the muffin tin, filling each cup approximately three-quarters full.
  5. Bake for 18-20 minutes, until the muffins are set and lightly golden on top.
  6. Allow to cool for a few minutes before removing from the tin. Serve warm, garnished with chopped green onions if desired.

Notes

These muffins can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days or frozen for up to 3 months.
