Spicy and crunchy baked buffalo cauliflower bites, a healthier alternative to traditional buffalo wings.

Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine flour, water, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper, stirring until you achieve a smooth batter.
  3. Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, ensuring it’s fully coated.
  4. Place the battered cauliflower on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper in an even layer.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cauliflower turns golden brown and crisps up.
  6. Take the cauliflower out of the oven and toss it with buffalo sauce until well-coated.
  7. Return to the oven for an additional 10-15 minutes.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy every bite!

Notes

Serve with ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping. Can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
