  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels.
  3. Rub the chicken thighs with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  4. Place the chicken thighs skin-side up in a baking dish, spaced out for even cooking.
  5. Bake in the oven for 35-40 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).

Notes

For extra crispy skin, broil the chicken for the last 2-3 minutes of cooking. Store leftovers in an airtight container for 3-4 days.
