  • 1 cup Cottage Cheese
  • 4 large Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Chives
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • to taste Salt

  • 1 cup Bell Peppers
  • 1 cup Spinach
  • 1/2 cup Sun-Dried Tomatoes

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the cottage cheese, eggs, and Parmesan cheese in a mixing bowl. Stir until smooth.
  3. Add the chopped chives, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  4. Fold in the bell peppers, spinach, and sun-dried tomatoes.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the center is set.
  7. Remove from the oven, let it cool slightly, and serve warm.

Notes

For a fluffier texture, separate the egg whites and beat them until soft peaks form before folding them back in. Customize with your favorite veggies or add crumbled sausage for extra protein.
