  • 4 chicken thighs (bone-in, skin-on recommended)
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil (for drizzling)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine the Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl. Mix until well combined.
  3. Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels.
  4. Drizzle olive oil over both sides of the chicken.
  5. Coat each thigh in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently.
  6. Place the coated chicken on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
