A delightful and easy-to-make dish featuring tender chicken breasts seasoned with savory ranch flavors, perfect for weeknight dinners.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil or melted butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels to ensure a nice sear.
  3. Brush each breast lightly with olive oil or melted butter—it helps the seasonings stick!
  4. Sprinkle the ranch seasoning mix, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper over both sides of each chicken breast. Make sure to coat them well for maximum flavor.
  5. Place the seasoned chicken breasts into the greased baking dish.
  6. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  7. Remove from the oven and let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing or serving.

Notes

Pat the chicken dry for a golden-brown exterior. Marinate in ranch dressing for extra flavor if desired.
