  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine the ranch dressing with salt and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Coat each chicken breast thoroughly in the ranch dressing mixture.
  4. Roll the coated chicken breasts in breadcrumbs until fully covered.
  5. Place the chicken breasts on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil if desired.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden and cooked through.
