  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts or seeds (optional)
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Mash the ripe bananas until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add the almond milk, honey (or maple syrup), cinnamon, and salt to the bananas. Mix until well-blended.
  4. Stir in the rolled oats, ensuring they are coated.
  5. Fold in the chopped nuts or chocolate chips if using.
  6. Pour the mixture into the baking pan, spreading evenly.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes, until golden brown.
  8. Cool in the pan before slicing into bars.

Notes
