Instructions

  1. Mash the bananas in a bowl until they’re smooth and creamy.
  2. Add the rolled oats and eggs to the bananas. Mix everything together until the batter is well combined.
  3. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  4. Pour small amounts of the pancake batter into the skillet to form pancakes.
  5. Cook each pancake for 2-3 minutes on one side until golden brown.
  6. Flip and cook the other side until done.
