  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the jasmine rice according to the package instructions until fluffy.
  2. Meanwhile, mix mayonnaise, Sriracha, soy sauce, lime juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl until creamy.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium heat, add the diced chicken, season with salt and pepper, and cook for about 5-7 minutes until browned and cooked through.
  4. Assemble the bowls: place jasmine rice at the bottom, top with cooked chicken and a variety of fresh veggies.
  5. Drizzle with spicy mayo and garnish with sliced green onions. Serve immediately.
