Juicy and tender chicken skewers drizzled with a spicy and creamy bang bang sauce, perfect for summer cookouts.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 12 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, toss the chicken pieces with olive oil, salt, and pepper until they are evenly coated.
  3. Thread the chicken pieces onto the soaked wooden skewers.
  4. Grill the skewers for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until they’re cooked through and have grill marks.
  5. In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, and lime juice to create the bang bang sauce.
  6. Serve the chicken skewers drizzled with the bang bang sauce and garnish with freshly chopped green onions.

Notes

Marinating the chicken for a couple of hours enhances the flavor. Ensure wooden skewers are soaked to prevent burning.
