A hearty and comforting frittata packed with beef, bacon, and cheese, perfect for brunch or a light dinner.

  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 cups cooked potatoes, diced
  • 8 ounces beef, cooked and crumbled
  • 4 ounces bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped fresh herbs (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Whisk together the eggs and milk until well combined.
  3. Grease an oven-safe skillet. Layer the potatoes, beef, and bacon evenly.
  4. Pour the egg mixture over the meat and potatoes.
  5. Sprinkle cheese on top. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Cook on the stovetop for 3-4 minutes, until edges begin to set.
  7. Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, until set and golden.
  8. Cool for a few minutes, then slice and garnish with herbs if desired.

Notes

Use day-old potatoes for the best texture. Feel free to add in different vegetables or swap beef for sausage or turkey.
