A quick and delicious stir fry featuring tender beef, crisp vegetables, and savory noodles, perfect for busy weeknights.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups assorted vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, carrots)
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 inch ginger, minced
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 8 oz noodles (egg noodles or rice noodles)
  • Optional: sesame seeds and green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the vegetable oil and heat until shimmering.
  3. Add the sliced beef in a single layer. Sear for 3–4 minutes until browned. Remove and set aside.
  4. Add minced garlic and ginger to the pan and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  5. Add assorted vegetables and stir-fry for 4–5 minutes until tender-crisp.
  6. Return cooked beef to the pan, adding soy sauce and oyster sauce. Stir well to coat.
  7. Toss in the cooked noodles, mixing everything and heating through for 1–2 minutes.
  8. Serve immediately, garnished with sesame seeds and green onions if desired.

Notes

Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in a skillet over medium heat, adding a splash of water or soy sauce to prevent drying out.
