Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Gruyere cheese
  • 1 cup Yuengling lager
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Pretzels for serving

Instructions

  1. Soften the cream cheese at room temperature for about 20–30 minutes.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese with the cheddar and Gruyere cheeses, breaking up lumps.
  3. Pour in the Yuengling lager gradually and mix until smooth.
  4. Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper, and stir until fully incorporated.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a saucepan over medium heat. Warm gently, stirring constantly, until the cheeses are melted and the dip is hot.
