  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Whisk together the eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla extract, and salt in a large bowl until fully combined.
  3. Add the torn croissants to the egg mixture, ensuring they are thoroughly soaked.
  4. Loosen the softened cream cheese in a separate bowl for easy spreading.
  5. Grease a baking dish and layer the soaked croissant pieces evenly in it.
