  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1/4 cup bourbon
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup cooked, crumbled bacon
  • 1 egg
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, breadcrumbs, chopped onion, minced garlic, BBQ sauce, bourbon, shredded cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, egg, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter, and arrange them on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until browned and cooked through, ensuring an internal temperature of 160°F (70°C).
