  • 1 pound of breakfast sausage (cooked and crumbled)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: chopped vegetables (like bell peppers, onions, or spinach)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl until well combined.
  3. Cut the refrigerated biscuits into quarters and place them in a greased baking dish.
  4. Scatter the cooked sausage over the biscuits, followed by any chopped vegetables you’re using.
  5. Pour the egg mixture over the biscuits and sausage, ensuring everything is evenly coated.
