A warm and hearty breakfast casserole made with flaky crescent rolls, savory sausage, creamy eggs, and gooey cheddar cheese.

  • 1 can crescent rolls
  • 1 pound mild breakfast sausage
  • 6 eggs, beaten
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Spray a 9×13 baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  3. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the breakfast sausage. Drain any excess grease after cooking.
  4. Spread the crescent rolls evenly across the bottom of the prepared 9×13 dish.
  5. Distribute the cooked sausage evenly over the crescent rolls.
  6. Pour the beaten eggs over the sausage layer.
  7. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
