A warm and cheesy breakfast casserole made with buttery crescent rolls and savory sausage, perfect for busy mornings or leisurely brunches.

  • 1 pound mild breakfast sausage
  • 6 eggs, beaten
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  2. Spray a 9×13 baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  3. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the sausage, then drain any excess grease.
  4. Spread the crescent rolls evenly across the bottom of the baking dish.
  5. Evenly distribute the browned sausage on top of the crescent rolls.
  6. Pour the beaten eggs over the sausage layer.
  7. Generously sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over everything.
