A delightful breakfast casserole made with a flaky crescent roll base, hearty sausage, beaten eggs, and melty cheddar cheese, perfect for busy mornings or brunch gatherings.

  • 1 can crescent rolls
  • 1 pound mild breakfast sausage
  • 6 eggs, beaten
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Spray a 9×13 baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  3. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the breakfast sausage, then drain any excess grease.
  4. Spread the crescent rolls evenly across the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
