A comforting and delicious breakfast-for-dinner dish combining crispy bacon, scrambled eggs, toasted bread, cheese, and fresh avocado.

Ingredients

  • 4 large eggs
  • 4 slices of bacon
  • 2 slices of bread
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 avocado, sliced

Instructions

  1. Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy, flipping occasionally.
  2. Scramble the eggs in the same skillet to your liking.
  3. Toast the bread until golden brown.
  4. Layer the toasted bread with cheese and let it melt.
  5. Finish with avocado slices on top, then serve with bacon and eggs.

Notes

For a vegetarian version, omit the bacon and add more veggies to the scrambled eggs.
