  • 6 eggs
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup of diced vegetables (bell peppers, onions, etc.)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, brown the breakfast sausage over medium heat and drain excess fat.
  3. Whisk the eggs and milk together in a separate bowl, seasoning with salt and pepper.
  4. Layer the sautéed sausage, diced vegetables, and shredded cheese in a greased baking dish.
  5. Pour the egg mixture over the top, ensuring even coverage.
