A vibrant fruit salad bursting with colorful fruits, creamy yogurt, and crunchy pecans for a refreshing start to your day.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Strawberries (washed and cut into bite-sized pieces)
  • 1 cup Green Grapes (washed and halved)
  • 1 cup Red Grapes (washed and halved)
  • 1 cup Blueberries (washed)
  • 1 Apple (washed, cored, peeled, and diced)
  • 1 Banana (peeled and sliced)
  • ¼ cup Pecans (chopped)
  • 1 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 12 tbsp Honey
  • ½ tsp Vanilla Extract
  • ½ tsp Almond Extract

Instructions

  1. Combine all fruit in a large bowl.
  2. Mix yogurt, honey, and extracts in a separate bowl.
  3. Fold the yogurt mixture into the fruit.
  4. Top with pecans and serve!

Notes

Best served fresh. Store leftovers in an airtight container for 1-2 days in the refrigerator, but add banana just before serving to prevent browning.
