A delightful breakfast pizza topped with scrambled eggs, crispy bacon, and gooey cheese on a crispy crust.

Ingredients

  • Homemade pizza dough
  • 4 large eggs
  • 4 strips of crispy bacon
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • Pizza sauce (optional)
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
  2. Roll out the homemade pizza dough on a floured surface until it reaches your desired thickness.
  3. Transfer the rolled-out dough to a pizza stone or a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. If you’re using pizza sauce, spread a thin layer on the dough.
  5. Whisk together the eggs in a bowl, adding a pinch of salt and pepper.
  6. Scramble the eggs in a skillet over medium heat until they’re fully cooked.
  7. Top the pizza dough with the scrambled eggs, layers of crispy bacon, and a generous sprinkle of cheese.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
  9. Remove from the oven, slice, and serve hot.

Notes

Feel free to use store-bought dough or substitute bacon with turkey bacon or sautéed vegetables.
