A warm, cheesy pizza topped with fluffy scrambled eggs and crispy bacon, making it the ideal breakfast treat or brunch centerpiece.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 packet (2 1/4 teaspoons) instant yeast
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup warm water
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional toppings: green onions, bell peppers

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
  2. Combine the flour, instant yeast, and salt in a large bowl. Gradually add the warm water and olive oil, mixing until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough for about 5 minutes until it’s smooth and elastic.
  4. Roll out the dough on a floured surface to fit your pizza pan.
  5. Transfer the rolled dough to the pizza pan and pre-bake for 10 minutes.
  6. Scramble the eggs in a skillet, seasoning with salt and pepper as they cook.
  7. Remove the crust from the oven and spread the scrambled eggs evenly over the base.
  8. Sprinkle the crumbled bacon and shredded cheese on top.
  9. Return the pizza to the oven and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  10. Allow it to cool slightly, slice it up, and serve warm.

Notes

For a veggie version, swap bacon for vegetables like bell peppers or mushrooms. Keep leftovers wrapped in plastic wrap or aluminum foil in the fridge for up to 3 days.
