A delightful breakfast pizza featuring fluffy scrambled eggs, crispy bacon, and melted cheese on a crispy crust.

Ingredients

  • 1 pre-made pizza crust
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 4 strips of bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/4 cup diced bell peppers (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until fully blended.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium heat and pour in the egg mixture. Scramble gently until just set but still moist.
  4. Spread the scrambled eggs evenly over the pre-made pizza crust.
  5. Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the eggs, then top with crumbled bacon and optional bell peppers.
  6. Place the pizza in the oven and bake for 10-12 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
