Delicious mini sandwiches filled with fluffy scrambled eggs, crispy bacon or spicy sausage, and gooey cheese, perfect for breakfast gatherings.

Ingredients

  • Slider buns
  • Eggs
  • Bacon or sausage
  • Cheese (e.g., cheddar or American)
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Butter
  • Optional toppings (e.g., avocado, hot sauce)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the bacon or sausage over medium heat until crispy. Remove it from the skillet and set aside.
  3. Whisk the eggs with salt and pepper. Pour them into the same skillet and scramble until fluffy.
  4. Slice the slider buns in half and arrange them on a baking sheet.
  5. Layer the cooked meat, followed by the scrambled eggs, and then cheese on the bottom half of each bun.
  6. Cover each slider with the top half of the buns.
  7. Brush the tops generously with melted butter to ensure a golden finish.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the sliders are heated through.
