Delightful Breakfast Wraps filled with fluffy scrambled eggs, colorful bell peppers, and fresh spinach, all wrapped in soft tortillas.

Ingredients

  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 6 eggs
  • ¼ cup milk
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 1 cup bell peppers, chopped
  • 1 cup spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup cheese (optional)
  • 1 cup cooked meats (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and scramble the egg mixture until fully cooked.
  3. Lay out the tortillas flat. Fill each with a generous portion of scrambled eggs along with your choice of vegetables, meats, or cheese.
  4. Carefully roll the tortillas tightly to form wraps, tucking in the sides as you go.
  5. Serve immediately, or wrap each one in foil for meal prep and refrigerate.

Notes
