Irresistible brownie cookies that combine the rich chocolatey goodness of brownies with the delightful texture of cookies.

  • 1 box Duncan Hines Brownie Mix
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)
  • 1/2 cup nuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the brownie mix, vegetable oil, and eggs. Stir until well blended.
  3. If desired, fold in the chocolate chips and nuts.
  4. Scoop rounded tablespoons of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are set and the centers are slightly soft.
  6. Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes

For a nut-free version, omit the nuts or try sunflower seeds. To keep cookies fresh, store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days.
