Crispy wonton shells filled with a creamy, spicy buffalo–cheddar chicken mixture, perfect for parties or a quick weeknight snack.

  • 1 cup cooked shredded chicken
  • ½ cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 package wonton wrappers
  • ¼ cup cream cheese, softened
  • 2 green onions, sliced (for topping)
  • Cooking spray (for greasing the muffin tin)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a muffin tin.
  2. In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, and half of the cheddar until creamy.
  3. Place wonton wrappers into the muffin cups, pressing gently to form a cup.
  4. Fill each wrapper with the buffalo chicken mixture, leaving room for cheese.
  5. Top with the remaining cheddar cheese.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes until the wonton edges are golden and cheese is bubbling.
  7. Cool slightly, garnish with green onions, and serve warm.

Notes

Use rotisserie chicken for convenience and adjust buffalo sauce according to personal heat preference. Wonton wrappers can be substituted with small phyllo cups.
