Delicious and simple Cheesy Garlic Chicken Wraps that are perfect for weeknight dinners and gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 4 large tortillas or wraps
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley or cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, minced garlic, mayonnaise, salt, and pepper. Mix until everything is well blended.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Place one tortilla in the skillet and sprinkle half of the cheese over it.
  4. Spread half of the chicken mixture over the cheese, and then add the remaining cheese on top.
  5. Top with another tortilla.
  6. Cook until the bottom is golden and crispy, about 3-4 minutes.
  7. Carefully flip the wrap and cook the other side until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
  8. Remove from the skillet and repeat with the remaining ingredients.
  9. Slice the wraps in half, garnish with fresh parsley or cilantro, and serve warm.

Notes

Serve with a zesty dipping sauce or alongside fresh vegetable sticks for a perfect meal.
