  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup softened cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup fresh spinach leaves
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley (optional)
  • Olive oil for cooking

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, sour cream, minced garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until everything is well combined.
  2. Divide the creamy filling among the tortillas.
  3. Top each tortilla with fresh spinach leaves and diced tomatoes, adding parsley if desired.
  4. Roll the tortillas tightly, ensuring the filling stays inside.
  5. Heat a skillet over medium heat and drizzle in some olive oil.
  6. Place the wraps seam-side down in the skillet and cook for about 3-4 minutes per side until they’re golden brown and crispy.
  7. Remove from the skillet, slice in half, and serve warm.

Notes

Feel free to swap mozzarella with cheddar or pepper jack. You can also use rotisserie chicken for quicker prep. Store leftovers in an airtight container for 3-4 days.
