Delightful wraps filled with a creamy, cheesy chicken mixture and fresh veggies, perfect for busy weeknights or as a quick snack.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup softened cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup fresh spinach leaves
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley (optional)
  • Olive oil for cooking

Instructions

  1. Combine the shredded chicken, mozzarella, cream cheese, sour cream, minced garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Stir until well blended.
  2. Lay out the tortillas on a flat surface. Evenly divide the chicken mixture onto each tortilla.
  3. Top each with spinach and diced tomatoes, and sprinkle parsley if desired.
  4. Roll the tortillas tightly, seam side down.
  5. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the wraps for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Slice each wrap in half and serve warm.

Notes

For a lighter version, substitute sour cream with Greek yogurt. Add different vegetables or cheeses for variation.
