A comforting Chicken Parmesan Casserole that’s easy to prepare and packed with flavor, perfect for weeknight dinners.

  • 2 cups cooked pasta
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the shredded chicken, cooked pasta, marinara sauce, ricotta cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl. Mix until well blended.
  3. Transfer the mixture into a lightly greased casserole dish, spreading it out evenly.
  4. Top generously with shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese for that irresistible cheesy crust.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and has a golden-brown color.
