A delightful take on chicken parmesan, these sliders combine crispy breaded chicken, gooey mozzarella, and tangy marinara on soft slider buns, perfect for any gathering.

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 810 mozzarella sticks
  • Slider buns
  • Olive oil for baking

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  3. Dip each chicken breast in the breadcrumb mixture, ensuring they are evenly coated.
  4. Place coated chicken breasts on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for about 25–30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
  6. Remove chicken from the oven and slice into slider-sized pieces.
  7. Assemble sliders by placing a piece of chicken, a scoop of marinara, and a mozzarella stick on each bun.
  8. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 5–7 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  9. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

For extra crunch, use panko breadcrumbs. For gluten-free, substitute with GF breadcrumbs. You can also use fresh mozzarella or adjust the marinara based on personal preference.
