  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 inch ginger, grated
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Cooked rice, for serving

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken: In a large bowl, mix the chicken thighs with soy sauce, oyster sauce, garlic, ginger, and sesame oil. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
