A delightful blend of cinnamon rolls and French toast for a perfect breakfast treat.

  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • Butter for cooking
  • Maple syrup for serving

Instructions

  1. Cut the cinnamon rolls into bite-sized pieces and place them in a large bowl.
  2. In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon until well combined.
  3. Pour the egg mixture over the cinnamon roll pieces, gently tossing to coat each piece.
  4. In a large skillet, heat butter over medium heat until melted.
  5. Add the cinnamon roll mixture to the skillet, cooking until golden brown on all sides, about 5 to 7 minutes.
