  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil or butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Heat olive oil or butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the diced onion and sauté until translucent.
  3. Combine the hashbrowns, eggs, milk, sautéed onion, cheddar cheese, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Mix well.
  4. Transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, until set and golden brown.
