A healthier dessert made with Greek yogurt and cookie dough that’s perfect for summer.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup edible cookie dough (heat-treated)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Gently fold in the mini chocolate chips and cookie dough.
  3. Scoop the mixture into a silicone mold or ice cube tray.
  4. Freeze for at least 2-3 hours until solid.
  5. Pop out the bites and enjoy them frozen.

Notes

For best results, use room temperature Greek yogurt for a smoother consistency. Store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to a month.
