A delightful breakfast option combining classic cookie dough flavors with nutritious oats, perfect for busy mornings or leisurely weekends.

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups rolled oats
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 3 tbsp vegan chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp peanut or almond butter
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups dairy-free milk
  • 1 scoop vegan protein powder

Instructions

  1. Combine the rolled oats, chia seeds, and chocolate chips in a large bowl.
  2. Add in the peanut or almond butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract, dairy-free milk, and protein powder.
  3. Mix thoroughly until everything is well integrated and smooth.
  4. Divide the mixture evenly between bowls or storage containers.
  5. Cover them and store in the fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight.

Notes

For a nut-free version, swap almond butter for sunflower seed butter. Use agave syrup instead of maple syrup if preferred. These overnight oats can be stored in the fridge for up to five days.
